Make It 3D (“we”, “us”) operates makeit3dohio.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What We Collect

• Order information — name, email, shipping address, and phone number when you place an order or create an account.
• Uploaded files — 3D model files (.stl/.3mf) you submit for custom quotes. Files are stored only as long as needed to quote and produce your order, then deleted on a rolling schedule.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data — standard analytics (pages visited, device type) via Google Analytics, and cookies needed for the cart and quote system to work.

How We Use It

To fulfill orders, produce custom prints, respond to inquiries, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Who We Share It With

Only service providers needed to run the business: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), shipping carriers, and email delivery. Each receives only what they need to do their job.

Your Choices

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and data by emailing [email protected].
