Products & Orders
We manufacture 3D printed products in-house in Findlay, Ohio. Product photos are representative; minor variations in color and layer texture are inherent to 3D printing and are not defects.
Custom Print Orders
- Quotes from our instant quoting tool are automated. In rare cases (unusual geometry, size limits, or material constraints) we may need to adjust a price or decline a job — if so, we will contact you before printing, and you may cancel for a full refund.
- You are responsible for the files you upload. By submitting a file you confirm you own it or have the right to have it printed, and that printing it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property. We may decline any file at our discretion.
- We print files as provided. We are not responsible for design flaws in customer-supplied models.
Shipping & Pickup
Orders ship in 1–5 business days depending on queue and complexity. Local smart-locker pickup is available in Findlay, Ohio — you will receive a locker code when your order is ready.

Liability
Our products are sold for general consumer use. 3D printed parts are not certified for load-bearing, medical, food-contact, or safety-critical applications unless explicitly stated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
