How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least 1 week for standard rentals and 2 weeks for premium (custom prizes need print time). Last-minute bookings may be available — just ask.
What area do you deliver to?
We currently deliver within 30 miles of Findlay, Ohio. Farther delivery may be available for an additional fee — contact us to check.
Do guests keep the prizes they win?
Absolutely! Every prize won is theirs to take home. That’s part of the fun.
What if a machine breaks during the event?
It’s rare, but if it happens we’ll troubleshoot by phone or come swap it out. You won’t be charged for downtime.
Can I choose a specific theme for prizes?
With the Premium package, yes! Tell us your theme and we’ll 3D print custom prizes to match. Minecraft party? Dinosaur party? We’ve got you.
