Refund & Returns Policy

24-hour cancellation: cancel any custom print order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, no questions asked.
If our automated quote turns out to be wrong on our end, we will contact you with the corrected price — you can proceed at the new price or take a full refund.
Because custom prints are made to your specification, they cannot be returned once printed — but if a print arrives defective or damaged, we will reprint or refund it. Send a photo to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.

Ready-made products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Filament may be returned within 30 days if unopened and vacuum-sealed.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
